In women,

These reactions
are not a cause for worry as it is a positive sign that the therapy is working. Always
note down any reactions and inform your therapist at the next session.
Whatever the
reactions, they are a necessary part of the healing process and will pass. In
order to counteract some of the effects of treatment, the following advice is given:

Drink plenty
of water to help flush toxins.
[
Only eat a
light meal.
[
Relax and
avoid over-exertion.
[
Avoid tea,
coffee and alcohol. These all dehydrate.
Water is better, preferably warm or boiled.
